Blueberry Homes have started to build quite a reputation for their excellent housing developments throughout Kent and the South East. Three recent developments include Ocean Drive and Ravello in Broadstairs, Kent and the new £50 million redevelopment site Royal Sands Ramsgate also in the county. Their homes are renowned for excellent value for money and are built to the highest standard with careful choice of material and quality craftsmanship.

The company was growing from a niche developer into a larger scale developing company involved in multi-million-pound developments in a digitally focused time.

The Strategy.

  • Creating responsive websites for Blueberry Homes and their developments and driving relevant audiences to them via social media management, digital advertising, SEO and content marketing, in addition to local PR campaigns.

  • To be creative in the marketing of the properties. CGI images and footage were created so that people of interest could have access to a virtual walkthrough of the properties as well as a flyover of the sites. These CGI images were also used in the redesigning of the hoardings surrounding the site, originally, they were blank, but they are now advertising boards displaying images and information about the property, the area, and the business.

  • Designing a brochure and reservation guide for the Royal Sands development.

  • As the company has a more varied portfolio of developments, target marketing was used to attract relevant buyers to relevant developments and a customer relationship management system was set up to manage leads and interests.

The Outcome.

  • Increased their social media following and gained better brand recognition. In this year to date over 30,000 people have visited Blueberry Homes website and microsites and unique visitors to the website are up by 340%.

  • Over 400 leads for the Royal Sands Ramsgate development were formed before the official marketing launch of the site, and Blueberry Homes have seen an increase in sales and property values through branding and marketing.

  • The company’s property ‘Ravello’ in Thanet Place Gardens, was sold as the most expensive property in Kent 2019.

  • Since we’ve been working with Blueberry Homes, they have featured on the front cover of Kent New Homes, Isle Magazine and TV show Fantasy Homes by the Sea.

Conclusion.

We are an integral part of the business and have developed a modern approach to marketing the developments which have formed a strategy that will take Blueberry Homes through the next 3-5 years. During our involvement, the business has managed to increase the size of the company 5 times over and position itself to grow further.
